The hotel offers excellent breakfast and great service. the rooms are tastefully decorated, huge, and come with a very private patio, providing guests with all the essentials.

A beautiful, quiet and relaxed retreat from the city. Set in the Botanical Gardens, with modern facilities based on traditional Chinese architecture, with traditional coy ponds and a tea ceremony. The hotel was well presented, with very comfortable beds - the softest I've had in China.

A little more expensive (the restaurant) than what we are used to, but it was our wedding anniversary.

It's nice and stylish hotel with good staff at pick up service at the airport. Super and unbeatable location in the middle of town...

This place has amazing cleanliness, stunning garden and pond views, and a convenient city-center location with an in-house restaurant.

I was offered a room with fantastic views of the gardens and ponds. The service was great, totally satisfied. Location: the hotel was close enough to the botanical gardens, and a shopping mall. Plus it was max 25 mins walk to the lake.

The Hotel is located in a Park, surrounded with water and the architecture Leans towards Pagode style. The hotel itself was very quit, the park however was full of life in the evening hours making it a joy to look at the Guilin locals having leisure activities. It has a clean pool. We had room 1301, 2nd floor wit a beautiful sight of the Guilin mountain panorama.

The bathroom was smelly.

Possibly the best and enjoyable stay in winter time. the pool area is lovely too. - Stunning and exceptionally nice location, at 10 minutes on a taxi ride to downtown. - In-house restaurant with tasty cuisine.

The whole resort was very beautiful and very clean. The room was quite huge and comfortable. The dinner at the restaurant is good. The whole resort ist also very quiet; because it is located in a public park.

We´d never seen more unflexible employees than in this hotel. Don´t expect english; no one can speak it very well. A money- exchange board ist located at the concierge´s desk. But you can´t change money, because that is a service, the hotel is not able to offer to its guests (said by manager on duty!!!). Also, it was´nt possible fot the stuff, to order a taxi for us on our last day to bring us to the train station. At all: a very poor service for a hotel with a lot of foreign guests!!!

- The place is lovely, in the middle of a park, with traditional-looking buildings and small bridges over water ponds. - The hotel provides a free airport pickup service.

- The breakfast was average.

The hotel offers well-equipped rooms with an incredible view of the gardens and ponds. It is located in a peaceful area within walking distance of everything. the property features a good restaurant on-site.

No bar serving a glass of wine!

Excellent hotel, tres bon rapport qualite prix. Accueil de l'hotel excellent, on est venu nous chercher gratuitement a l'aeroport. Hotel situe au fond du jardin botanique donc tres calme, une voiture electrique fait la navette depuis l'hotel jusqu'a l'entree du jardin botanique. De la, on trouve un grand centre commercial ou il est facile de trouver des taxis. Nous n'avons pas pris les petits dejeuners.

Beautiful hotel, located in a park, very nice landscape design, excellent rooms. Good connection to the airport, and close to the Guilin center at the same time. Sales Manager 刘博文 (Mac Lewis) was very helpful throughout the stay - many thanks him for taking care of us!
